The newest artist to explode and captivate the afroswing scene, Midas the Jagaban, has just dropped her first ever EP titled Midas Touch. On this hot new party-vibes EP this artist demonstrates that she is here to stick around for a long while as all of its tracks are excellent and have an amazing ability to make you dance. Our favourite in particular is ‘Standard’, which features Ramz, who we have already registered is having a great year, since he came back to the music scene after a rebrand. The production on this track appears to have similarities to that of previous List Pick ‘Party With A Jagaban’. The beats are similar but this takes a much slower turn and is more of a chill vibe, allowing us to focus more on the rapping as Ramz once again demonstrates his musicality. 'Standard' shows that Midas has mastered her sound, as we can now identify a distinct type of beat as being a song that she would make.
